Join us for an engaging symposium that adds to the amplification of the voices and perspectives of the Global South in international law. Historically dominated by the Global North, international law has often overlooked the experiences and contributions of the Global South. This event will bring together scholars and legal practitioners from three continents to critically explore how the various members of the Global South have not only resisted inequitable global power structures but how they use international law and global governance to challenge hegemony, work towards justice and equality or advocate for their interests on the global stage.
