In a fictitious case, Ukraine is presenting data and scenarios against Russia to investigate several incidents arguably summing up to ecocide. Real scientists are analysing satellite images and other data to assess the Russian war’s impact on the environment in Ukraine. Katrin Eigendorf, award-wining war reporter, and Sigrid Boysen, judge at the Hanseatic Constitutional Court in Hamburg, will preside the court hearing.

Join the GROMADA Project on Friday, August 30th, at 9 am at Lichthof of the Stabi (entrance via Grindelallee / Edmund-Siemers-Allee) to learn more about war-time related environmental damage, ecocide and citizen science! Registration is open until August 22nd: https://www.jura.uni-hamburg.de/service/gromada-inszenierung.html
