On behalf of the Institute of Law and Economics at the University of Hamburg, we invite applications for our International Summer School ‚The Law and Economics of Human Behavior and Social Norms‘, taking place from July 20 to August 7, 2026. The program offers three intensive courses on Applying Public Choice to Law and Economics (Prof. Christian Bjørnskov, Aarhus University), Social Norms (Prof. Francesco Bogliacino, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore), and Behavioral Law and Economics (Prof. Eva van der Zee, University of Hamburg). The summer school is open to master’s and doctoral students from Law, Economics, and other Social Sciences. Courses are free of charge; a one-time registration fee of €40 applies.
