As part of the seminar International Dispute Settlement held at the faculty this semester, young practitioners Ashwita Ambast (Permanent Court of Arbitration), Sebastian Wuschka (Univerity of Lausanne and Luther Rechtsanwälte) and Marco Benatar (International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea) will provide insight into their paths into the world of international dispute settlement and what practicing international law in this field looks like. The event is open to the public without prior registration and will be moderated by the seminar‘s convenors Valentin Schatz, Julian Burhenne and Alina Funk.
